Pfaff has grown exponentially over the past three years. So, predicting the need for a more robust payroll management system, they rolled out Avanti when they had around 350 employees. Today, they have over 1,400 employees in locations all across Canada.
To accommodate their massive growth, Compensation and Benefits Manager Athina Tzakas began looking into solutions. She needed a platform that would be scalable, flexible, and consolidate every location’s personnel on one unified system.

Pfaff is now rolling out Avanti’s Time and Attendance feature which helps both Managers and Operations ensure that they’re paying for the time worked as opposed to time onsite.
