1. Program Overview

The Avanti HRFest Demo Incentive Program (the "Program") is offered by Avanti Software ("Avanti," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with HRFest Canada 2026 to qualified business representatives who complete an eligible product demonstration. By taking part, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

To take part, you must meet all of the following, and eligibility is confirmed by Avanti at its discretion.

Your organization:

• Operates in Canada
• Is one Avanti considers a suitable fit for the new Avanti, based on factors that may include organization size, structure, industry, and payroll or HR needs
• Is considering evaluating or changing its payroll or HR solution
• Is not a current Avanti client

You:

• Help make or influence HR, payroll, or software purchasing decisions at your organization
• Are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, or competitor of Avanti
• Have not received an incentive under this or a similar Avanti promotion in the past 12 months
• Are not acting as a consultant, agency, or intermediary on behalf of another organization

Participation:

• Complete and submit the official Typeform
• Schedule and attend a product demonstration with an Avanti representative
• The demonstration must take place within 30 days of your Typeform submission
• The demonstration must be at least 30 minutes long and attended by the person who submitted the form

Selection:

• Submitting the form is a request to take part. It does not guarantee a demo or an incentive.
• Avanti reviews all submissions and confirms eligibility and demo scheduling at its sole discretion. Not all submissions will result in a booked demo.

3. The Incentive

• Eligible participants receive a $100 CAD electronic gift card.
• A limited number of gift cards is available under the Program.
• The gift card is delivered by email to the address provided, once a qualifying demonstration is complete.
• Gift cards have no cash value and can't be redeemed for cash.
• Gift cards are non-transferable and can't be resold.
• One gift card per company, regardless of how many people take part — limit one per company in any 12-month period.

4. Verification

• Avanti may verify any eligibility information provided, including employment status, company size, decision-making role, and contact details.
• Avanti may request additional information to confirm eligibility at any time.
• Any submission with false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information will be disqualified, and no incentive will be provided.
• Avanti may disqualify anyone we believe, in our sole discretion, has broken these terms or acted in a deceptive way.

5. Avanti's Rights

• Avanti determines eligibility and selects demo participants at our sole discretion.
• The Program has limited availability. Avanti may limit the total number of demos and gift cards, and may stop booking demos, stop issuing gift cards, or close the Program at any time, with or without notice.
• We may modify, suspend, or end the Program at any time, with or without notice.
• We may change the incentive or any other Program term at any time.
• Our decisions on all aspects of the Program are final.

6. Program Duration

The Program is ongoing and applies to eligible Typeform submissions made while the offer is active, with demonstrations completed within 30 days of submission, unless the Program is changed or ended by Avanti.

7. Privacy

By taking part, you consent to Avanti collecting, using, and storing your personal and business information in line with Avanti's Privacy Policy. We may use this information for marketing, sales, and business development purposes.

8. No Obligation

Taking part doesn't obligate you or your company to purchase any Avanti product or service. Likewise, Avanti is not obligated to provide anything beyond the demonstration itself.

9. Disclaimers

• Gift cards are provided by third-party vendors and are subject to those vendors' terms. Avanti isn't responsible for issues with gift card redemption, expiry, or use.
• Avanti makes no warranties about the Program and disclaims liability for any issues arising from participation.
• Avanti is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Program.

10. General

• These terms are the entire agreement between participants and Avanti regarding the Program.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
• If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest stays in full effect.
• If Avanti doesn't enforce a provision, that isn't a waiver of it.
